The foundation has formulated the following targets:

• Organize scientific meetings and seminars
• Unite physicians who are using or are interested in Temperature Management
• Support them in gathering information and performing research
• Create international liaisons between important organizations involved in temperature management
• Create and develop instruments to gather information
• Gather data and create a database about patient care and outcome that is used to improve survival and outcome.
• Create conditions to develop a number of expertise centers for CPR patients
• Develop protocolled care of temperature management on all kind of patient groups to start with CPR patients, to create an international continuous quality improvement system
